Greatly enjoyed my really really nice stay for 2 nights. The location was very central, not far from the pleasure Beach as well as Great Yarmouth on Christmas Eve. Besides, the property was 1 km away from a local maritime history museum.

All I could ask for, good value. Welcoming and exceptional staff and the place was clean. The rooms were compact and airy with a fridge, TV plus plenty pillows, the breakfast was superb. Everything was perfect. Very central location just off the main areas of yarmouth and the seafront and the town, it was in a nice quiet area. Also, the distance to St George's Theatre was only 1 km.

The room was good sized with plenty pillows as well as really comfortable beds and safety measures included smoke detectors. Absolutely superb and nice hot breakfast by toast, we thoroughly enjoyed eggs and bacon.

Had a wonderful stay for 2 nights and good value, the hotel serves the purpose well. The food was fabulous and there were variety of dishes in the menu. Booked a room with all equipments. The venue had a magnificent location a super close walk to Britannia Pier Theatre.

The hotel had a very central location and it was steps away from Hollywood Cinema. The staff were extremely helpful and the facilities were very accommodating. Brand-new and stocked room, the bathroom was fairly clean.

Nothing too much trouble, I really enjoyed my stay, good value. Had excellent stay for 2 nights. Because of a problem with the standard king room I was upgraded and had big size and airy room with shower. The breakfast was hot and satisfactory by toast; and the staff was welcoming. This was a great and lovely location adjacent to the main areas of yarmouth and the train station.

I loved the quiet atmosphere. The room was compact, had private bathroom. The breakfast had lots of options and included eggs and bacon. Its location close to Britannia Pier Theatre was marvellous. Furthermore, the area was shopping. My stay was really nice here.

The stay here was wonderful for 2 nights. It was really good value. The staff was pretty friendly and exceptionally nice all the time. We had a family room, which was compact and new-fashioned. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of meals to choose from. The venue was in a very central location not far from the beach and main area of the resort and the center.

Set only 600 metres away, The Dining Room is a wonderful place to eat nearby. We liked staying at st annes. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly.
